SHIPPING POLICY

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-4 days after the order is placed except for pre orders. If you would like to cancel an order and it has not been shipped, please send a request through email. Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged on international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to check the customs regulations in their country before placing an order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your package's progress.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and carrier delays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

RETURNS 

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the conditions below.

Refunds

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different item, please return your original item for store credit and place a new order.

Eligibility Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping which will be deducted from your original payment method
  • Once your return request is approved, a return shipping label will be issued to you.
  • Returns must be shipped using the provided label.

Return Timeline After Approval

  • Once your return request has been approved, you must ship your item within 10 days.
  • The package must be scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier within this 10-day window.
  • If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return will be automatically canceled.

Condition Requirements

  • All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Additional Terms

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Shipping & Responsibility Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred on international orders.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Orders – Important Notice

  • If a package is refused upon delivery or not claimed due to unpaid duties and taxes, the customer is responsible for all original shipping costs. any return shipping fees and any carrier or customs fees incurred
  • Refunds (store credit only) will be issued only once the package has been successfully returned to us and inspected.
  • If a package is lost during return or after refusal, store credit will only be issued once the shipping carrier has officially confirmed the package as lost.
